Summer holidays are a well-earned break for children, and even more so for their parents. Whereas for children the answer to the question of how to spend the holidays is obvious – “Whatever, a long as there’s no lessons!” – their parents think otherwise: the children’s welfare is of prime importance, and holiday time should be optimally organized. But how? The answer is quite simple!
For the thirteenth summer in a row, Russian-speaking schoolchildren, along with children and instructors from abroad, have a break and some fun learning at our summer camp by the sea.
Location: The Fortuna Children’s Health Centre, 120 km from the city of Odessa.
- Access to the estuary and seaside, our own beach, two boats, a football pitch, a basketball court, an assembly ground, our campground with tens.
- The camp grounds will be completely renovated and ready for use by the beginning of summer. You can see the latest photo in May.
PERIOD 1 ------ from 17 July to 31 July
PERIOD 2 ------ from 1 August to 14 August
In order to facilitate assignment to a group based on language knowledge level, it is necessary to take a test. Please fill in the answers to our test and send them to us by e-mail. Additional information is available by telephone at +38 (0482) 344-000.

Feedback from our campers:
“I had a very good time at the Summer language camp. At our English lessons we sang songs, learned new words and played different games. Eugene and Karl from America came to join us. We went on excursions and saw the sun come up. We did our best to speak only English.” (Tanya from Kiev)
“We studied English 4 hours a day. In the evening there was dancing, we saw films in English and learned English songs. We had a nice, clever teacher, Svetlana Petrovna. She went everywhere with us and helped us with everything”. (Katya Kirilyuk)
“They divided us into 6 groups with 9 – 10 kids each, according to our level of knowledge. I studied with the “WOW – 1” textbook. Of course, our lessons covered grammar and new vocabulary, but we also put on skits about English life. The 18 days flew by very quickly”. ( Oleg Makeev )
“Our favourite song was ‘My Oh My’. And we had tasty pizza in the dining hall. The rooms were cosy, with a view of the sea. We went sailing on the “Rakyeta”. And most of all I loved the game “Cowboys and Indians “. (Olga Vasyura)
“Before we left the camp teachers from OLSC gave us gifts – tee-shirts with the school emblem. During my time at the camp I fell in love with English and plan to start courses at the school in September, even though I live far away, in Posyolok Kotovskogo” (Tanya P.)
